Thank you for purchasing one of our Webinar On Demand episodes, Your purchase is paid & confirmed, and an email is on the way.  The email contains all the documents related to your purchased webinar combined in one zipped compressed file that can be unpacked and the individual files saved to your PC or laptop without any additional software. Just save the .zip file to your PC or laptop, and then click to extract the individual files. Please read this carefully!

• If you do not see the email in your Inbox shortly, check your Junk or Spam folders as the emails often end up there because of the size of the files.

• You will also receive an email from landlordtraining.WeTransfer.com with a link to download the video to your PC.  Please do not download to a tablet or phone. Select the Download button.  The downloaded video file is an MP4 file that can play on any computer. 

• You will only be able to download the video file from WeTransfer.com once, and you must download it within 1 days of receiving the email.  However, once it is on your computer, you can view it as often as required.

• If you have purchased just one session, and then wish to purchase any of the other On-Demand Webinars, please re-visit our website and purchase another session. If within 7 days you decide to purchase the entire package of webinars, using the same PayPal account, we will fully refund the payment for this individual webinar.
